The MicroFactory
A Business in a box
To achieve sustainable economic growth and promote electric mobility and solar energy, we started the first MicroFactory in Windhoek, where we manufacture Africanised E-Bike solutions. Together with students from different faculties, our team designs and manufactures Africa's first Utility E-Bikes in Namibia, for Africa.
Create local jobs
Easy to replicate and scale up
Open source technology
Promotes solar power and is carbon neutral
What makes our E-Bikes unique is the simplified design and open source technology, which can be manufactured and assembled in the MicroFactory, using local craftsmen, simple tools and equipment. This allows the concept to be easily replicated into other African regions. The MicroFactory is economically sustainable, creates jobs, know-how and awareness for a carbon neutral future.

Sustainable Independent Affordable
E- Hubs make the renewable source of solar energy more accessible to entrepreneurs and low to middle income communities. Based on the idea of a Solar Service Station, shipping containers are modified to provide communities with a more sustainable source of energy and affordable mobility. The concept avails itself through photovoltaic and battery storage systems that are designed to support entrepreneurial hubs that fulfills the community's electricity, mobility and other basic needs, without the use of fossil fuels.
